The Ladder of Art -- Week #57

Cast your votes for up to four of these seven artists by Saturday, February 8.  For clarifications, consult the Ladder of Art FAQ.

It's another peculiar one, folks!  With Cozens, Holbein, and Canaletto in a deadlock for first place, Masolino falling short, and Boucher and Carpaccio suddenly without a fan base, only Lancret (!) will advance from last week to this week.  He's joined by the tied winners from two weeks ago, Boudin and Campin.  Next up is veteran Chase, who's been waiting for the tournament to catch up with him.  Then comes the perennial Daubigny, except that he earned a bye three weeks ago and can take it now.  And with that, we're caught up!  We can bring in three all-new, all fresh artists to the Ladder.  Whoever wins through to Week #58, though, can look forward to facing a real blizzard of well-rested heavyweights coming back from a week off.

Last Week's Results
1. Cozens: 5
1. Holbein: 5
1. Canaletto: 5
4. Lancret: 3
5. Masolino: 2
6. Boucher: 1
6. Carpaccio: 1

  6. Delacroix, Boudin, Chase, Gilman. I like Campin too, but I've got to drop someone. For the first time in a while, there's nobody that I'm even tempted to cast a negative vote for.
