Kalf/Daubigny, and that's it!
Watteau, Luiny, Daubigny.
Wow- some tough decisions. I like all three new artists, and the ladder climbers have all gotten my votes in the past. Of the latter group (hah!), I think Wadsworth and Kalf have climbed enough for me: Kalf is very one note and Wadsworth is fun times, but a bit much. Luini and Daubigny though will be getting my votes for many more weeks to come.
Of the new guys, I guess I'll go with Castagno and Watteau. The first Castagno seems a bit silly, but a Google search shows some impressive works. And Watteau is rococotastic. Many a week Burri would get my vote, he's certainly an original, but not this week.

Wow, I like all of them! Occupational hazard, I guess. I'll vote for Kalf, for Burri who is looking unexpectedly good this time, for Luini because I find them beautiful, and actually yeah I'm going to stop there I think.
Well, I like Burri. And then I'll add in Kalf, Luini, and...a vote against Watteau.
