Clearly Wyeth.
Whistler's mom finally showed up! And although I think that's my favorite of his, it's enough to earn my vote over one of my favorite's of the tournament: Wyeth.
“It’s not enough”
Wyeth!
Wyeth
Susan votes-by-mail for Wyeth.

Wyeth
I guess I'll go for Wyeth in this one, myself, personally.
Nice Amurrican match-up. And definitely Wyeth--I'll say knocking Whistler out cold in the second round.
Both of the artists' paintings feel very static to me. In Whistler's case, it's expected because his subjects are posed in static positions. In Wyeth's case, it's weird because his subjects are sometimes theoretically more dynamic. (But maybe that's just me.) Anyhow, I'm going for Whistler.
