Seurat
ReplyDeleteSpencer, echoing my earlier statement that this feels like a weaker part of the bracket.
ReplyDeleteSeurat
ReplyDeleteSeurat is a one-trick pony with at least one masterpiece. Spencer is visually arresting and vivid, with no undisputed masterpieces.
ReplyDeleteHmmmm.
Spencer.
Seurat
ReplyDeleteI like them both, but I'll go with Seurat.

ReplyDeleteI like Spencer. He's funny and fluid and has great range. Seurat, for all that he's experimenting with light and color, is just stiff. There, I said it.
ReplyDeleteSpencer, for funner pictures and including the male gaze in his depiction of a naked woman
ReplyDeleteSusan votes for Spencer.
ReplyDeleteOh, Seurat, I guess...
ReplyDeleteSeurat.
ReplyDeleteHmmm, I'm torn. I'll go with Spencer.
ReplyDeleteWell, voting doesn't get any closer than this, at least in systems where you have to cast a whole integer vote. Seurat comes out the winner, with seven votes against Spencer's six. Spencer leaves the hussle-bustle of the Tourney behind, while Seurat has to prove himself all over again against Reubens, which isn't anybody's idea of a walk in the park.
