Jacob van Ruisdael
Likely if this was the first matchup of the tournament, I'd vote for van Ruisdael, but at this point I feel like we've seen Dutch Masters that Dutch Master better than he does, which biases me enough that I'll vote Sisley.
I'm with Sisley, myself, for the same reasons as Morgan.
I like landscapes, especially if they have a strong human element. Sisley's are townier, more optimistic and personal. He's got my vote.
Ruisdael's are just a bit too dour for me. Sisley.
Oooh, I like both. Can we vote on someone else still in the tournament who's still in but who we hate to leave so both of these can continue? But if I gotta vote, Ruisdael
Susan votes for Sisley.
Ruisdael.
Sisley, easily.
Lawrence voted for Sisley on FB.
So does Grace.
Tough one! Jacob van Ruisdael
The remarkably effect FB quorum call also turned up three more Sisleys and a Ruisdael.
Wow, what a turnout! If there was only some way I could put EVERY match on Facebook. Wait, I do!
In any event, Sisley dominated this match, topping Ruisdael eleven votes to five. So, it will be Sisley moving to the next Round to take on Rosa.
