OK, Tanguay wins by Mrs.5000's follicle and makes quorum by the skin of his teeth, five votes against three and a formal abstention. Hardly a ringing endorsement, but it's enough to keep him alive! Perhaps he takes off from here, wins twelve or so straight, and takes the Tournament! We'll find out.
