ReplyDeleteBellows all the way. I love the gritty nature of them. Also, that boxer is landing a nice elbow in a boxing match. That would be perfectly legal in a UFC fight that wouldn't happen until 50 years later.
ReplyDeleteWow! I'm so glad to see homeboy Bellows getting some love! I adore his lithographs. I like Ingres except that he seems to add extra vertebrae.

ReplyDeleteBellows. Truly no contest there. Poor Ingres.
ReplyDeleteBellows. Although I like that Ingres did a version of that "It's her fucking nipple" manga page
ReplyDeleteI will never not vote Bellows.
ReplyDeleteThose Bellows images could really kick the asses of those Ingres images. Bellows for me!
ReplyDeleteBellows! (loudly)
ReplyDeleteSusan votes for Ingres
ReplyDeleteIngres.
ReplyDeleteI bellow, you bellow, we almost all bellow for Bellows!
ReplyDeleteIngres takes a few late votes to avoid a skunking, but Christine M.'s homeboy definitely got some love this go-round. The beating he laid on Ingres amounts to 12 votes against 2. Ouch! He'll move on to the Elimination round to take on Reni or Bouguereau, either of which should provide some good contrasts.
