I like both of these, in an "I'd vote for them until the second round, maybe left bracket second round elimination at the latest" way. I like the colors on the first one, but the shapes make me a little uncomfortable. Meanwhile, the bottom one piques my interest. I'll vote Tatlin.

Tatlin's unbuildable Monument to the Third International is a staple of architectural history texts. I've always seen the same grainy photo of a vanished model, so it's odd to see this reconstructed version. I might be agonizing over authenticity, etc. but I've long been fond of Tapies, so I'll vote for him.
