The Infinite Art Tournament, Left Bracket Second Round TIEBREAK: Maillol v. Nash!

Once we rustled up a quorum, there was a tie in the Left Brackets between Nash and the Master of Moulins.  That's good news for Maillol and Lowry, who have been pacing nervously in the green room since their July 2015 match ended in a tie.   Here's the first of the two tiebreaker matches!

Aristide Maillol
1861 - 1944
French

Skunked! Skunked! in a painful bout against Magritte in Round 1.
Beat Bernardino Luini in First Round Elimination.
Tied with L.S. Lowry in the Left Bracket Second Round.

Paul Nash
1889 - 1946
British

Lost at the last second to Murillo in Round 1. YOUR VOTE COUNTS!!!
Tied with Edvard Munch in First Round Elimination.
Defeated Sir Jacob Epstein in First Round Elimination Tiebreak.
Tied with the Master of Moulins in the Left Bracket Second Round.

  1. Oh, Maillol for me, definitely.

  2. I'm not sure why everyone seems so luke warm on Nash while they loved Friedrich. Perhaps I'm missing something, or not subtracting enough points from Nash for doing it later. A strong vote for Nash.

  3. Maillol. And if you are a Nash voter with some free time, maybe you can tell me what you are seeing in him?
