Vote for the two artists of your choice! Votes generally go in the comments, but have been known to arrive by email, by postcard, or in a sealed envelope.
Please note that you may vote only once in each face-off. Opining that both of the artists in one of the two face-offs is superior to the other is fine, but casting your votes for two artists in the same face-off is not permissible.

Not crazy about any of them, but...Laurencin and Mengs
Yeah, give me Laurencin's waifs, but I'll take Matta, as I'd happily hang one of those on my wall.
Laurencin and Matta
Laurencin and Matta
Mariah says "Laurencin and Matta."
Masolino, whose only crime was to be matched against Quentin "The Greatest" Massys. Also Matta, because I really like his first painting.
That Mengs' self portrait is one of my favorites. But this Matta character, with his aquatic surrealism, is super cool. I'll go with Matta and Laurencin.
Susan says "Out with all four -- losers all!"
I concur with Morgan and am backing the Masolino and Matta ticket.
The French girl and Memling
I mean Mengs
Masolino and Mengs.
Masolino & Matta
Bad news for Masolino, as Laurencin gets past him in a 7-4 art history upset. But good news for Chile, as favorite son Matta progresses on an 8-3 victory over Mengs.
