Man, both these guys ought to have made it out of the second round, grump grump... I'll go with the Fra.

It's the Fra over Constable in shockingly light voter turnout, six to two. For Constable and Lippi, even! Constable used to be a top-ten sort of artist in the English speaking world, so it's been a painful Tournament for him. He's off to lick his wounds now.
