I'm not out of order! You're out of order! This whole Tournament is out of order!
Well, perhaps it's not quite that bad. But we did accidentally skip a contest between Memling/Mengs and Merz/Metsu. It should have been Oudry/Dou last week. Easily remedied.

From the Facebook feed: Mariah for Oudry, Linda for Dou.
And now Shu-ju's throwing in with Oudry.
I generally go for the still lifes (still lives?) but I like the candid slice of life nature of Dou's work. Plus it looks as if the last woman is making cheese. Me for Dou, and Dou for me.
I'm usually kind of a sucker for any chiaroscuro, but in Dou's case, I wish it were a bit lighter so that I could see more of the details. Regardless though, Oudry would be getting my vote. Those hanging dead animals are disturbingly undisturbing.
Had to google this one a bit. Survey says: Dou.
Dou
Elizabeth, I'm pretty sure she's just chopping onions. Does that change your vote?
Oudry, though mainly because he painted a rhinoceros.
Hmmm, yes, I had to take the Google tour also, because I like them both, but I'm breaking for Dou.
If that tub was really filled with onions, wouldn't she be crying?
I'm surprisingly myself a little with a vote for Oudry.
Susan pulls for Oudry by email.
Oudry. But also I just like to say "Oudry-Dou."
ME TOO, Candida!
And Oudry takes it eight votes to five! Now we will being saying "Oudry-Metsu," which is still kind of fun, but not AS fun.
