After Googling for more, Hayter. Although I have to imagine these as paintings hanging on a wall rather than little pics on a computer screen. Not sure about the Op Art one, but I like the more painterly abstracty ones.

Yeah, similar to pfly, the google search swayed me to Hayter. I don't think I did last round, and was a bit of a Hayter hater. I assumed most of his art was like the second one. The first one though? Super cool- and those seem to be more prevalent for him than the "trippy" black light poster pieces.
