After Googling for more, Hayter. Although I have to imagine these as paintings hanging on a wall rather than little pics on a computer screen. Not sure about the Op Art one, but I like the more painterly abstracty ones.
Yeah, similar to pfly, the google search swayed me to Hayter. I don't think I did last round, and was a bit of a Hayter hater. I assumed most of his art was like the second one. The first one though? Super cool- and those seem to be more prevalent for him than the "trippy" black light poster pieces.
Hayter, especially if we ignore that second one.

Heckel feels like he's having fun without having to try too hard, and that gets my vote.
