  3. This is a tough choice, but the delicacy of Varo makes him my favourite, despite the perfect lines of Hokusai. Luckily we still have Hiroshige, right?

  4. Hmmm. I like Remedios Varo. She's grown on me. Can I vote for her quirky little vignettes over the far more influential and wide-ranging mastery of Hokusai?
