Fragonard
ReplyDeleteNot even close. Friedrich.
ReplyDeleteFriedrich
ReplyDeleteMost definitely Friedrich!
ReplyDeleteFor me, it's close. But I'm going to go with Friedrich.
ReplyDeleteFriedrich!
ReplyDeleteI voted for the first guy once before when he competed here, and I'll vote for him AGAIN. "Guy Looking Up the Lady's Dress on the Swing" still works for me.
ReplyDeleteFriedrich!
ReplyDeleteFriedrich once again!
ReplyDeleteFriedrich - love the fractal look of the trees in the last piece.
ReplyDeleteI actually like the idea of a mashup of these 2 guys. A froofy girl swinging... over a glacier with a smashed ship! Now that would be rocotastic.
ReplyDeleteI took a whole semester on artists from Fragonard's era and hated it. I just think Friedrich's pictures are beautiful.
ReplyDeletesue
Friedrich this time.
ReplyDeleteHere's a vote-by-mail for Friedrich.
ReplyDeleteAnd, yeah, Friedrich for me too.
ReplyDeleteFriedrich 100%
ReplyDeleteFragonard.
ReplyDeleteNichim overstated the case a little by saying "Friedrich 100%," but she was in the ballpark. Friedrich took 14 votes to Fragonard's 2, so it was actually Friedrich 87.5%. Close enough!
