Vote for the two artists of your choice! Votes generally go in the comments, but have been known to arrive by email, by postcard, or in a sealed envelope.

Please note that you may vote only once in each face-off.  Opining that both of the artists in one of the two face-offs is superior to the other is fine, but casting your votes for two artists in the same face-off is not permissible.

  2. Yup, Fantin-Latour et Fouquet, s'il vous plait.

  3. None of these pictures really did it for me until I saw the last one with the woman holding a baby with her boob hanging out while she is being mobbed by little kids who look like they're made of chocolate. That one wins.

  4. Not a real fearsome foursome. I'll go Fautrier and Fouquet

  5. Oops. I meant Fantin-Latour and Fouquet

  7. Fouquet, for sure. I've no dog in the other fight, so I'll go with the Noisewater ticket.

  8. Fantin-LaTour crushes Fautrier 10-1 in the top match. The bottom match is still theoretically open for another week or so.

  9. Oh, definitely Flavin. He's amazing.

  10. It's close, but I lean Flavin.

  11. I love that Flavin. It's so shiny!

  12. I guess I'll vote for Flavin.

  13. Flavin for president!

  14. I have this thing where it always bugs me when people say "Go to this site and vote for my [sister's [daughter's [friend's]]] video/proposal/photo/etc.!" Even though (or maybe, because) I realize that it's just a way of driving traffic, like a bar hiring a band whose members can produce lots of friends for the show, I always feel like, "Well that's hardly ethical! What if your daughter ISN'T the cutest child posing with a puppy?"

So since I don't throw those kinds of votes around myself, I'm hardly going to let Flavin's family do it, especially when they are clearly under the sway of Tournament enthusiast Chuckdaddy.

Therefore, Fouquet wins this one 11 to 2, and will march boldly forward to take on Carol Fabritius!

    Thanks for voting, real people!
