And I'm going to run with Donatello too, despite what looks to me like Domenichino's status as World's First Victorian painter. Or maybe because of it?
Lots of favorable comments for Mr. Domenichino are only going to go so far to make him feel better about being the FIRST artist, after more than a year and a half of this business, to fail to garner a vote. Of course, there's always hope in the left bracket.
Voting in the Infinite Art Tournament? Awesome. And, please be aware that purely anonymous votes are not counted. You don't need to log in or use your real name, but you must identify yourself in some fashion for your vote to count.

I like the Domenichino pieces, but have to go with Donatello.
ReplyDeleteDonatello!
ReplyDeleteAww, man! Classic tough pairing. When I saw the Domenichino works, I thought, "Ooh, I can get behind these!" And then of course I saw Donatello.
ReplyDeleteDonatello for this matchup--I want to rename David "Insouciant"--but I'll look forward to getting to see Domenichino again.
