going to go with Bellows. He's a Columbus boy.
Bellows.
I have seen the boxing one before and really like it, but I have to go with the naked orgy one because it reminds me of Caligula.
Bellows. I love underpants.
Bellotto.
Bellotto, per piacere.
Sorry Mr. Bellotto, but that Bellows fellow has painted a dude totally punching another dude. Pugilism and painting is an excellent combination.
Of course I love me a good urban landscape, but, well...this time I gotta go with the guy who can paint two men turning into meat.
I like both, but really like Bellows. Really interesting. It inspired a google search!
Mark up another for Bellows. I don't know if I like the boxing ones all that much, but he did some great scenes of New York City that I definitely like a lot.
I would say, after looking at more works, that I like Bellotto more consistently (I'm a sucker for detailed pictures of buildings), but that there are a couple Bellows works that may edge above that bar (especially this one - http://portland.thephoenix.com/arts/84820-summer-people/)
Since it looks like Bellows is likely to win anyway, I'll give my vote to Bellotto.
Bellows. Barely.
Here's a emailed vote for Bellotto.
Bellotto, barely.
Bellotto, also barely. This was very hard.
