  1. Beckmann for sure. Kinky! Weird! Much more interesting than popes in the river.

  2. I kind of like Bellini's better, but Beckmann gets the vote merely because on first glance I thought the top row of art was comic book panels, and that's geeky enough to demand a vote.

  3. Bellini.

The other guy is creepy, scary & has issues. Although, it is generally a better idea to let those people get it out via art than, you know, world domination.

  4. @Rebel: Hate to Godwinize things, but Hitler got his creepiness, scariness, and issues out by art and still tried the world domination route anyways ...

  6. saints or devils, saints or devils...this is a tough one. It looks like the Beckmanns have it sewn up. But I quite like Bellini--and love a good Venetian crowd scene with underwater saint--so will cast a minority vote for age and beauty.

  8. Beckmann is tortured and has issues, sure, but I love it. He is interesting, to say the least. Bellini is a snooze-fest.

  9. Bellini, though with recognition that it's not a terribly enthusiastic vote at this point.
