No, UnwiseOwl, you're totally right. Cinnamon Bear is at a little railroad yard in Colfax, but all the others are one complex in Moscow, ID. Actually, the first picture was shot from just outside our motel room! So since we were in Moscow for a day and a half, I had plenty of time to roam around it on my own at different times of day, and I took a gazillion pictures. We did stop at a few smaller grain elevators along the road, but this one was the best. Also it was in a college town a block away from brewpubs, so I felt comfortable ignoring no trespassing cues. I would love to do a Grand Tour sometime though. Would you like to help out with the grantwriting?

looks like my homeland!
Hang on a second!
This is just one lot of grain elevators from different angles. I was expecting a grand tour.
There are I believe four grain elevator complexes here. The largest being from lamanyana's homeland.
Hrmm...Do they all look the same, or am I just losing my mind?
worth the wait. :)

I stayed in a hotel that was a converted grain elevator once. That was different! But I take it these are all still in use?
