The famous, Connecticut kind.
my parents came to this country after ww2 and we grew up picking shade and helping put up leaves
Never thought of it as tedios but am sure my parents did - sticky stuff tobacco
we really young ones were not allowed to get that on us - make you sick - parents oiled hands
