For some reason when I first read the caption I pictured the manager delivering the private in-room jacuzzi to the door like an extra pillow--

ReplyDeleteThanks for the boring post card, my husband brought it in with the mail and a few hours later while we were at the local farmers market asked "so who is Michael (pauses and clears thoat) 5000." If I had been wittier I might have said my extra marital affair who was stupid enough to send a post card. I didn't I explained the whole thing including boring postcards. I think he might have belived the extra marital affair thing easier.
I was thrilled to get my second boring postcard in the mail yesterday! What an unexpected treat!
ReplyDeleteI just discovered (in a box of keepsakes, including my Girl Scout sash from Honolulu Council (circa 1958)...a really, really BORING postcard, complete with editorial comment. The latter might make the card less boring for a minute, but only marginally so. I may have to send this to Castle 5000...
