And, the 43rd anniversary of the Supreme Court decision in Griswold v. Connecticut.
Thanks to everybody who has read, commented, competed, and complained in response to posts during this last trip around the sun. It has been a lot of fun.
Shall we try for two?
Seriously? You've only been at this for a year? Way to go!

ReplyDeleteCongrats. Let's go for round two!
ReplyDeleteToo much of a good thing can sate you.
ReplyDeleteOnly a year and you have this kind of following? How many people have viewed your blog, 2 billion and 5? Wow! Keep it up!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! I don't know how you maintain this consistently high level, but it's great!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely try go for two! Congrats but more thank you. This has been a fun and stimulating blog to read.
ReplyDeleteWow. I didn't do any forensics, so am surprised that you had not started earlier than a year ago.
ReplyDeleteYou're awesome with this, and the value you provide us, especially those you've never met, is more than you would realize.
I'm prone to long winded expository, and have a reception to attend in 14 minutes, so consider this.
You have allowed:
- Some people to celebrate their geekness.
- Some people to rekindle a love of to obscure (without risking ridicule from those around them.)
- Some people to realize that sitting for hours staring at flags and maps and getting lost in Wiki for nearly days on end is not a diagnosable psychosis.
- Some people to take a creative flyer that they would never initiate themselves.
- Some people to look forward to Monday and Thursday carrying a secret obsession, which is the highlight of their day.
Then you further share your thoughts on music, literature and god knows what else.....and let me (I mean some one) think over your point of view, compare/contrast, etc.....[we're now in long winded expository territory]......
Thanks Michael5000.
You people are awesome.
ReplyDeleteTEH awesome.
Yup. You rock.
